Every week, a short email tells you where your money stands and what needs your attention. The numbers below are made up to show the format. They are not a client report.
Hi Sam,
Your bank and card accounts are reconciled to Sunday. You have $48,320 in the bank, up $3,140 on last week.
Customers owe you $12,850, and 3 of those invoices are overdue. You have $6,410 in bills due this week, across 5 suppliers.
Three things need you this week:
- Approve 5 supplier payments.
- Send 2 receipts for card spending.
- Decide whether to chase the Harbour Co. invoice, now 21 days late.
Reply to this email if anything looks wrong.
Thanks,
Your bookkeeper
